Susan serves as Senior Director of Finance & Administration at Seeds of Peace. She brings more than two decades of experience in nonprofit finance and operations, grounded in both practice and formal training in nonprofit leadership, including work with international organizations and globally distributed teams.

Throughout her career, Susan has led financial strategy, budgeting, audit and compliance, and operational improvements during periods of growth and transition. She believes financial stewardship is foundational to trust and that clear communication and strong systems reduce stress and enable teams to focus on meaningful impact. She is especially motivated by supporting those doing the work on the ground—building the infrastructure that allows their efforts to thrive.

Outside of work, Susan’s greatest joy is her family. In a household shaped by Haitian and American roots, she is intentional about raising her children with curiosity, empathy, and respect for diverse cultures and perspectives. Travel and lived cross-cultural experience are central to how her family learns and grows together.
