Nick Mansour

After earning an Industrial Engineering degree and a Masters in Business Administration from Stanford University, Nick built a career as an entrepreneur that has spanned finance, fire prevention services, and education all while having a positive community impact.

Most recently, Nick was Chairman and CEO of the Arizona College of Nursing where he led the school to become a leading nursing college in the nation and a significant contributor to solving the nation’s critical need for nurses. Ernst & Young recently recognized Nick as a Pacific Southwest Regional Winner and National Finalist for its Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Prior to Arizona College, he was Vice President of Business Development for Pacific Pulmonary Services, Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Continental Fire & Safety Services, and Founder and Partner of Presidio Partners, Inc and Clear Creek Environmental, LLC. Previously, he worked at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Sam Coppersmith for Senate, and The Boston Consulting Group. He is on the Board of Arizona College of Nursing, Woven Care, Re Vive, Spanish Schoolhouse, Newbury Franklin Pet Services, and The Banner Health Foundation.

Nick is married to Annemarie, who was a children’s counselor in a domestic violence shelter at the time they met and has been a preschool Director for the last 12 years. They have been married 27 years and have called Phoenix home for 15. They have four adult children who keep Nick grounded.

Nick was first introduced to Seeds of Peace in the early 1990s while working on Capitol Hill and became one of the organization’s first champions and volunteers.
