Faiza Seth

Faiza is an entrepreneur and strategic leader with experience across global consumer sectors including fashion, beauty and home, as well as the nonprofit space. She co-founded Norwest Industries Ltd. in 1999, which evolved into PDS Multinational—a global supply chain and sourcing platform—and later launched the award-winning luxury interiors firm Casa Forma.

Her early career included roles at Lehman Brothers in Hong Kong and Morgan Stanley in London. Faiza holds a degree in Economics from Northwestern, an MBA from Stanford, and most recently completed the Women on Boards program at Harvard Business School.

Faiza is also the founder of Soham For Kids a foundation supporting educational initiatives in South Asia, and is passionate about aligning business innovation with social impact. She lives between London and Hong Kong with her husband and their three children.
