About the Organization
Seeds of Peace is a non-profit organization that works primarily in the areas of conflict transformation and leadership development. The organization equips youth and educators with the skills and relationships to work in solidarity across lines of difference to create more just and inclusive societies.
Dialogue Academy
The Seeds of Peace Dialogue Academy is an online, trainer-led program that helps teenagers develop skills in identity, bias, empathy, and critical thinking. The course combines online sessions and guided discussions to promote open-mindedness and constructive dialogue.
The program has partnered with over 60 schools across seven cities internationally, demonstrating strong impact in building leadership, empathy, and communication skills among youth.
Qualification and Responsibilities
We are inviting organizations/individuals to collaborate with us in onboarding schools for the Dialogue Academy course. Partners should have the capacity to ensure outreach to schools that align with the program’s objectives.
