Michael Considine

Michael is a corporate partner at Kirkland & Ellis and represents clients in connection with significant strategic investments, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. He has extensive experience in a variety of industries, primarily professional sports, sports-adjacent assets and services, consumer products, and software and technology.

Michael helped establish the firm’s Dallas office in 2018 and now helps lead the firm’s sports practice. He has advised Private Equity Firms and Family Offices in connection with investments in the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, NWSL, NASCAR, Formula One, International Football, and other professional and emerging leagues.

In addition to Seeds of Peace, Michael currently serves as a director of the American Red Cross (North Texas Chapter) and chairs its biomed committee, responsible for blood drives across Texas. He co-founded The IRISI Foundation in 2022, which provides scholarships to under-resourced teens to attend leadership programs, and sits on the Economic Development Council of Dallas.

Michael graduated from The American University with a B.A. in Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics and Government, and received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
