Marisa joined Seeds of Peace full time in July 2020 as the Senior Administrative Coordinator for the NY Office.

Prior to this, she worked for The Worker’s Circle, an economic and social justice nonprofit, where she was for three years as Office Coordinator. In this role she supported the administration, operations, and finance teams.

Born in Providence, Rhode Island, Marisa grew up in Elmira, New York, and graduated from Ithaca College with a double BA in Fine Arts and Art History.

In her spare time, she is an avid knitter and painter, active in Community Theater, and is the proud “cat mom” of two adorable kitties.
