The Seeds of Peace International Youth Conference concluded this afternoon with the acceptance of the 28-page Charter on Uprooting Hatred and Terror. Following the presentation of the Charter to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, delegates said their goodbyes and headed for the airports to return home.
