In what ways has your experience at Seeds of Peace impacted you as a person?
When I became the CEO of palestinenote.com, I had to hire a qualified editor. Most people directed me towards Lisa Goldman, an Israeli living in Tel-Aviv. The fact that she was Israeli and living in Tel-Aviv did not make me change my mind about hiring a qualified person to work on a site that will help highlight Palestine and Palestinians to the world. In fact, because of my experience with Seeds of Peace, and having met Israelis before, this was an easy decision.

As you embark upon your professional careers, how do the lessons learned at Seeds of Peace inform your ambitions?
Giving people a chance to speak and listening to them is something I learned from my Seeds of Peace experience. This is so essential in making decisions, providing feedback, assigning responsibilities, and making an impact.
