In what ways has your experience at Seeds of Peace impacted you as a person?
My experience at Seeds of Peace changed my life.  If it wasn't for Seeds of Peace, I would have never become the person I am today. Seeds of Peace didn't only change my life but also changed my entire family and the way they look at the world around them. After Seeds of Peace I realized I wanted to study abroad to get an education that will help me make a change in the future. It made me see the unlimited educational opportunities for students and especially for a female. Seeds of Peace made me see how small this world is and how we are all similar no matter where we come from. This inspired me to go into a field where through my work I can help people from all over the world. I decided to go into Biomedical Engineering to conduct research in treatment development and health care.

How does your work or education relate to building a more peaceful world?
Through my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Biomedical Engineering, I will be able to work in either research or industry to improve health care in my society, and maybe other places around the world. Currently, in my research laboratory I work and collaborate with doctors from Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem. We work together to conduct research which will be used to help patients from both sides.
