Eldad was a member of the Israeli delegation to Seeds of Peace Camp in 1998 and 2000, and returned as a counselor in 2007. He ran the Seeds of Peace regional program in the Tel-Aviv area before becoming Director of Israeli Programs.
While studying political science and sociology at Haifa University, Eldad organized over 40 students to live and work in an underprivileged neighborhood. He also coordinated a big brother program that tutored at-risk elementary school students. Eldad has participated in several programs for older Seeds, including the 2005 Leadership Summit.
